Wood is +200 on BetMGM and Caesars and we like her down to +150. Joanne Wood should not be this big of an underdog because she has Maryna Moroz covered in aspects we feel will matter most in this fight. Wood has the better offensive wrestling so she will certainly look to take this to the ground when she can. Wood will also make sure she closes the distance and takes Moroz into the clinch. This is where Moroz is at her worst and it will also allow for Wood to gain control time against the cage which can help her take rounds on the scorecards. We think the public is simply overvaluing Moroz and underappreciating Wood’s wrestling.
