The Oklahoma City Thunder have returned to a dominant defense, with the best defensive rating so far in March. The Minnesota Timberwolves are struggling to figure out things on the offensive end right now, and aren’t exactly running to try and find some easy shots, as they barely are breaking 100 possessions a game this month in pace. They now face a team in OKC who’s defenisve dominance allows them to play their style, slowing the game way down to under 98 possessions a game, which is bottom-7 in pace for March. The T-Wolves have been scoring at the FT line to help out their meager offense, with 18.6% of their points coming from the line this month (7th in the league), but OKC only gives up about 20 FTAs a game and isn’t fouling much (3rd best in the league). Between OKC wanting to slow you down and squeeze the time off the clock, and Minnesota struggling offensively, we have a hard time seeing both these teams get over 110 points. Lock in the under!
