Refund Policy
Please contact justin@reallygoodpicks.com or send a DM to @JustinMacmahan on Twitter if you have any unrecognized charges or payment issues. We’ll always take care of you if reach out.
Please note that we can process refunds much faster than your payment provider, so contacting us will be more efficient than initiating a chargeback with your credit card provider. Once you start that process, it will actually delay your refund and hurt our business at the same time.
When cancelling monthly subscriptions, the cancellation will apply to your next scheduled renewal. For example: If you purchased a subscription on 8/10 and canceled 8/20, you will not be charged again on 9/10. You will retain your membership through 9/10 because you already paid for it. You will no longer be billed for any future monthly membership fees.

- Name on payment method must match the name on your RGP account
- Login records and receipts are maintained as required by our Credit Card Merchants
